3. About the materials:
For dining table
- Metal frame: 304# silver color stainless steel.
- Panel: The standard is E1 plywood; MDF is available for choice.
- Surface finishing: The sample is walnut veneer
- various natural or technical 0.6MM veneers with lacquer finish/ laminate are available for options.
For dining chair
- Solid wood: The sample is oak solid wood; other woods are available for options: ash, beech, birch, walnut, teak solid wood
- Sponge:≧45 kg/m3 high-density sponge for filling
- Upholstery: good quality and durable fabric and leather/ PU/microfiber are available for options.
- Lacquer: Environmental friendly standards: CARPOLY or HUARUN renowned brand.
3. About the furniture Structure:
- Structure: Tenon and mortise joined with glue and screw
- Assembly Method: Completed or knock-down package.
Delivery Time:
The expected delivery time for 100-200 sets will be approximately 4 weeks from securing the order.
The expected delivery time for more than 200 sets will be approximately 5-6 weeks from securing the order.
The production process:
Raw material-wood cutting- veneer and edge sealing-assembling- polishing- PU painting-PE painting-upholstery -QC- packing-finish-shipping
How to complete a furniture order?
1. you could come to see our showroom to select the design you want.
2. Mail me your design and your 3D images, and we will make a quotation as per that.
3. Select the wooden colour/veneer/the other material for furniture
4. Make the shop drawing as your order and get the endorsement before production.
5. Keep posted on each procedure during the production.
6. Sealed the goods after QC inspection.
7. Arrange the shipment.
8. installation instructions and service.
